Historical quotation, payment and issuance entries are source records, not new EasyQuote prepared revisions or fresh verification of acceptance, payment or issuance. This is not an editable replacement workflow. Nothing here sends messages or runs automations.
Active customer and vehicle context is now managed in native Chatwoot contacts and conversations, not this archive. Previous local staff CRM history remains preserved privately in the original SQLite state and cutover backup; it is not editable here.
